Refund policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Under our carriers terms any and all Damages need to be photographed as well as the box and shipping label of the carrier. Without photographic evidence of all 3 mentioned we cannot process claims for damages and hence they will be void.
- As our goods are extremely fragile we do not accept responsibility for any damages if you opt to have the delivery made to any other address than the initial stipulated address on the order, we do not accept any responsibility of third party carriers, collection depots, or alternate addresses chosen after the order by yourself, and hence claims in this regard will not be entertained. This is due to the amount of warehouse transfers involved as well as voiding all claims with our current carrier.
- Timing: we have a 7 days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email steven@southafricanshop.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
- If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send the Goods back to us within that same 7-day period.
- We will return your money subject to the following conditions only: That we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact. That you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them. We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 7 days. So far as possible, Goods should be returned: with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip; at your risk and cost.
- The procedure for return of Goods is set out on Our Website. If you do not follow this procedure, we may be unable to identify you as the sender of the Goods.
- In returning faulty Goods please encloses with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.
- If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will: refund the cost of return carriage. replace the Goods as we choose.
